With our experienced studio design team, Lockie Limited can personalise collection envelopes to your church and better still, we don’t charge you any extra for this service.
This customisation could include:
- Your church name and location
- Your church crest / logo
- Custom images
- Custom verses
- QR codes
If you are placing your order online, you can upload your own images, logos and verses during the ordering process. If you are ordering over the phone, simply provide us with a jpeg image or text by emailing sales@lockiechurch.com and we’ll do the rest. Please also include your order reference number.

Full Colour Designs
We supply full colour printing at no extra cost on all Weekly Boxed Sets, Monthly Boxed Sets, and Gift Aid Envelopes. If you’re looking for a more cost-effective option, our Economy Boxed Sets are available in single colour printing.
We offer 14 full colour stock designs to choose from (labelled C1 to C14), created by our in-house design team to give our familiar, traditional designs a modern update. Our long-running single colour designs (labelled D1 to D31) are still available too, if you feel these suit your parish better. You’re also welcome to upload your own image to print in full colour at no extra charge.
Special and additional envelopes are printed with an eye-catching ‘S’ spiral symbol, in the same colour as the rest of your set – except on Economy Boxed Sets, where the ‘S’ symbol prints in single colour.
Boxed Sets FAQs
What is the minimum number of weekly boxed sets?
Our minimum order of weekly boxed sets is 20.
Is there a choice with numbering and dating?
You can specify your numbering range and even exclude numbers from the range if necessary.
I have placed an order but would like to change our envelope start date. How easy is this?
Not a problem at all – but you will need to phone as soon as possible so that we can change this for you.
We are a small church and 20 boxed sets is too many for us. How can we save cost?
A very popular option with smaller churches is to split an envelope run to cover envelopes for two or three years in one order.
You can also take a look at our Economy Boxed Sets of Sunday Envelopes or Stock Boxed Sets which are aimed to help churches such as yourself. These are still fully customisable for text and verses but limited in choice of envelope colour and design options.
What size envelopes do you manufacture?
We manufacture two sizes of envelopes for most of our products – standard (78 x 98mm external) and large (84 x 145mm). However, our Booklet Set of Sunday Envelopes is 84 x 65mm. Please view the description at the top of each product page to see which size of envelope is available for that particular product.
We have special wording that we like to use. Can we do this?
Yes. You can select ‘custom verse’- when ordering and we will print the envelopes with your custom text. This option is completely free of charge.
Can you supply the sets in different number sequences?
Yes, we can also print non-sequential numbering. However, there may be an extra charge depending on the complexity of the request.
Can we include an illustration of our church or our logo?
Yes! We can print full colour images on our envelopes, all at no additional charge. You can upload your own image in full colour and we will print this in all it’s glory on your envelopes. If you don’t have an image you want to us, you can also choose from our standard 14 full colour images or 31 single colour images.
Zip Pockets
We first introduced Zip Pockets back in 2009 and the feedback that we received from our customers was overwhelmingly positive. We are constantly striving to innovate and improve the products that we provide as we truly believe in contributing to the purpose of parishes nationwide. We looked to make the process of collecting and counting simpler and safer. Zip Pockets protect bank notes and cheques from being ripped or torn during the opening of an envelope and also remove any need for a letter opener.
The manufacturing process involves small intermittent incisions made on the flap of the envelope by our machinery which then prints the Zip Pockets text before the paper is transferred on to the folding process.
