Our most popular single donation collection envelope. We supply printed Gift Aid Envelopes to help with fundraising and regular giving programs for churches and charities. Our Gift Aid Envelopes can be printed in full colour and come with Zip Pocket technology for easy opening of the envelope after sealing.

It is very important that you make the right choice in collection envelopes, to demonstrate to potential donors that yours is a worthy cause. In order to make the most of all donations, you can maximise Gift Aid by using our envelopes. We operate a complete design studio so you can send us your requirements and we will take care of the rest – free of charge!

Available in two sizes: our standard 98x78mm and our larger 84x145mm option. Our Large Style Gift Aid Envelopes are a popular alternative and large enough to take banknotes flat.

Choose from five envelope colours – yellow, green, white, pink or blue. You can also add real eye-catching detail on your envelope with full colour printing of your logo, crest or church image.

We charge £8.34 carriage on all orders of up to 200 box sets. If you'd prefer to collect your order in person, this can be arranged — just get in touch.

Stock and stationery items typically arrive within 5 days, and Gift Aid envelopes within 5–10 days. For envelope sets, delivery timing depends on your chosen start date and order quantity — orders are scheduled to arrive in plenty of time before your start date.
